Press Release Body = Two lawsuits were filed in West Palm Beach against ConAgra
Foods, Inc, the manufacturer of Peter Pan peanut butter and Great Value (Wal Mart
brand) peanut butter. These cases arise out of the presence of salmonella bacteria
in peanut butter consumed by the firm\'s clients and manufactured by ConAgra Foods,
Inc.

The Center for Disease Control (CDC) recently confirmed that salmonella bacteria was
found in jars of Peter Pan and Great Value peanut butter. The peanut butter was
recalled by Con Agra and the recall was recently expanded to include peanut butter
topping used at Sonic Restaurants and Carvel Ice Cream stores.
